These terms and conditions apply to the Advent competition organised by Carpe Diem Beds. By entering the Competition, participants agree to be bound by these Terms. 

 

Who can participate? 

• The Competition is open to individuals aged 18 years or older. 
• Employees of Carpe Diem Beds, their family members, and anyone directly involved in the organisation of the Competition may not participate. 

 

How to Enter the Competition 
To participate, entrants must: 

– Visit one of our stores during the Competition Period. 
– Complete a bed test with one of our staff members. 
– Sign up to our newsletter by completing the in-store participation form.

By signing up, participants consent to receiving newsletter communications. All personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. 

Participation is free of charge and no purchase is necessary. 

Competition Period 
The Competition runs from 24 November to 21 December, spanning four weeks: 

Week 1: 24–30 November 
Week 2: 1–7 December 
Week 3: 8–14 December 
Week 4: 15–21 December 

Selection of Winners 
One winner is drawn at random each week from all valid entries received during that week. 

– Draws will take place on Mondays for all stores except Copenhagen where the winner will be drawn on Tuesdays. 
– Winners will be notified via the email or phone number provided. 
– The draw is final and cannot be appealed. 

 

Prize 
Each weekly winner will receive two down pillows. 

A total of four prizes (8 pillows in total) will be awarded during the Competition Period. 

– The prize must be collected in person at the store where the participant entered the Competition. 
– The prize s non-transferable, non-exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit. 

Taxes 
Any applicable taxes or fees associated with the prize are the responsibility of the winner, unless otherwise required by local law. 

 

Personal Data (GDPR Compliance) 
– By participating in the Competition, you agree to the collection and processing of your personal data (name, email, phone number) for the purpose of administrating the Competition and sending our newsletter. 
– Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
– You may unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time via the link in our emails. 

 

Changes to the Competition 
We reserve the right to modify, suspend or cancel the Competition if circumstances outside our control require it, without prior notice.
